Supporting Research


We are rejuvenating an early form of logical positivism:

   1) knowledge grows and doesn't shrink with each new paradigm;
   2) knowledge growth occurs by reasoning about observations;
   3) know-how, mechanisms, and causes are part of knowledge.

On the other hand, we are not positively certain about anything and as humans our ability to make observations and reason about them is limited to what we are physiologically able to do.
